gujpex.com is operated by Gajpex, an Indian supplier of agri-plastic and polymer products for farming, water management and construction.
Which products do you sell?
Pond liners, biofloc tanks, azolla beds, tarpaulins, laminated fabrics, poultry curtains, shade nets, mulch films, weed mats, garden hoses, drip and rain pipes, DWC ducts, grow bags, nursery bags, vermi beds, orchard covers, silage bags, geotextiles and garden accessories.
How do I place an order?
Open the product page, choose your size and grade, and click “Get Quote” or “Order on WhatsApp”. Our team will confirm price, freight and delivery time. For bulk orders, use the contact page or email us.
What payment options are available?
UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Cash on delivery may be available for selected pin codes and products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Custom-cut or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship to most pin codes through courier and transport partners. Most orders reach within 3–10 working days depending on location and size.
Do you export?
Yes. International buyers can contact our sales team for quotations, documentation and shipping terms.
How can I track my shipment?
Once dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
What is your return policy?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or your bank account.
Which pond liner thickness should I choose?
300 micron is fine for small garden and temporary ponds. Choose 500 micron or more for farm ponds, fish ponds and sites with stones or roots.
Which shade net percentage is right for me?
50% for vegetables and light shade, 75% as an all-rounder for nurseries and terraces, 90% for heavy shade such as orchids, sheds and parking.
Do you help with pond liner installation?
For larger ponds we can arrange welding and installation support in many regions — contact us with your pond size and location.
Can I get custom sizes?
Yes. Many products — liners, tarpaulins, fabrics, shade nets and covers — can be made to custom sizes for bulk orders.
